You will receive a phone interview from recruiter who saw you resume online and will go into some questions. If they like what they hear within the first 5-10 minutes they'll go ahead and send you over an application along with a 2nd interview. If your able to get past the recruiter then they'll set up the first interview with the hiring manager or supervisor who you'll be working for. If your able to get to the 3rd interview you know that you have a pretty great shot of getting the job.
