Applied through Ryanair website; then online English test; then send CV (again), full-length photo and copy of passport; selected time for interview online (sent confirmation email and a link to do the English test again); the night before the interview (at 23:30) I was asked to send in these documents again (seemed like a generic email though) and was told for the first time the format that these documents should take.
Interviewer was 10 minutes late (no apology or reason given).
Interview lasted 10 minutes.

The usual - do you have tattoos, criminal record, can you afford to live during the training course etc.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
