There is in the beginning one English test where your skills are assessed. If you pass it, then you proceed to the next stage which is the personal interview. This interview lasts about 20 minutes and you talk about your cv and previous working experience.

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
