Simple questionnaire was given via email, 30 minute phone screen with recruiter and in-person behavioral-based interview with team. Felt like a good conversation...not so much an interview! At the point of the interview, the team new of the technical skills I had but was really looking for a good fit. Great opportunity for you to ask questions to determine fit as well.
