Had two in-person interviews and one phone interview with this company for the role of e-commerce manager. Was in contact with the owners throughout the process until after the final in-person interview. At this point, they decided to ghost me and I’ve yet to hear anything back from this company. No rejection notification or anything. Extremely unprofessional.
