Very friendly individuals. Asked to elaborate on certain portions of the resume. There were no questions that were difficult or unexpected. 3 interviews with 2 senior managers and younger engineer associate. Just wanted to know that you knew what the company did and what role you would potentially play.

They just want to make sure you have half a brain, once they get you in there all they want to do is use you and abuse. This position is entry level and since I had industry experience none of the questions were a surprised. Just know your basics about HVAC.
