Friendly first round with a consultant - with a good flow. They were happy to answer questions about the team/ role and this was the main thrust of the conversation. They weaved in probing questions whilst asking about my career/ motivations so far.

7 rounds including a screening-cum-discussion with HR....very lengthy and spread across an extended period of time. But it's as thorough as it can be making sure both the candidate and employer are as sure about each other as possible. They try their best to circumvent this by having frequent check-ins to keep you warm and conveying openly whatever feedback has been relayed especially if they think you will be "the one". There are also some proficiency tests depending on your position.
