I had a phone interview and an in-person interview with the CSO and one of the owners. Both individuals were nice; however one of the owners didn't seem to have much personality.

The questions were very basic. Along the lines of tell us about your experience, how was the commute, etc. It was more of a conversation and I shared what I could do to improve over moral and process. It wasn't a typical formal interview.

Entrevista
I had a phone call with a manager followed by two in person meetings with executives and owners.
The interviews were very casual and open. They clearly want you to be relaxed and just be yourself and seem to be genuine in trying to be the same to you. There were a few standard questions like "favorite part of the work" and "least favorite" and "specific challenges" but mostly it was a candid and open conversation with senior management.
I must say, I found it refreshing, more engaging and respectful to qualified candidates and I really appreciated their candor Whether i get the position or not, it was a pleasure meeting the management team and I would definitely re-apply if the opportunity arose in the future. I'm sure this company will continue to be successful so long as they respect their candidates and employees.

As noted above, there were a few "interview" type questions but for the mot part, it was an open exchange of thoughts, experience and ideas for success in the role. Very refreshing.
