Had no interview. Got a call telling when orientation was going to be. Came in to take my drug test and take the ddp course the next day. Started working the following week.

Pretty quick interview process. Especially if they need the people. At the time of my hire they were desperate for EMT's and Paramedics because they had a walk out just prior to me getting there. My salary was more negotiable at the time. The interviewer was nice but quit some time later because some of the management wouldn't let her do her job without interference.
