Quick phone interview before I was invited to class. The lady I spoke to was nice and answered some of my additonal questins nicely. Class was long and unpaid and the trainers were strict but understanding. I listened to the trainers and practiced at home and had no problem passing at the end. Some of my fellow classmates didn't practice at home and struggled.
