Usual first screening, then an interview with the hiring manager where they ask the usual like "Tell me about a time when...", basically feeling out your experience and things you have worked on. Following this I was scheduled for a Mobile System design interview and a React Native coding challenge. The system design interview was a joke, they want to have architect level knowledge for a senior role and tell them exactly what they want to hear, all while barely giving you any information and acting extremely smug about it. Don't waste your time. The feedback I got was barely helpful in anyway and apparently I was docked points for thoroughly explaining my ideas, labeled as "Didn't manage time during discussions". Overall a very negative experience. They clearly don't know what they are looking for and just want people that can talk eloquently but not actually know how to code.
