The application process is handled by the external recruitment consultancy Sanctuary Students, which is why I am writing this review. The process involves 4 stages: a CV screening, video interview, phone interview and an assessment centre. Three of these are managed by external recruiters. Issues arise especially if you apply for somewhat technical positions, where — both during and post-interview — the clueless recruiters clearly try to assess your ‘enthusiasm and motivation’ through the way you speak and other weak predictors of performance, rather than what you are actually saying! This compounds over the 3 stages!! Don’t be surprised if you end up hiring charlatans.
