It was not necessarily an interview, but a group workshop type of interview. We introduced ourselves and interest in the job, and then were briefed about the job. We then filled out a sheet of paper asking questions about the job.

If I remember correctly, the one thing that was asked what did you think was important in this training? We actually wrote down the answers on paper.
Simple, easy 20 minute interview with practice call at the university's call center with the manager. Asked about how I take rejection, what I like about the university, etc.. Other students were calling during the interview
