The entire process is very light hearted and simple. I scheduled the interview online and It was a single interview (+screening) and got the call back afterwards. A big part of the phone interview is to see if you're comfortable on the phone.

First in person and then in group. They will ask for your availability, how you handle rejection, and if you work on evenings and weekends. They also ask how you go about persuading people.
Emailed a survey after application and then had a phone i get view with a supervisor within a week of application. Received an offer letter within a week of interview
