The interview process will speak of general expectations of the Job, get to know to you as a student, and also make sure that your schedule aligns with the requirements of the minimum of shifts.
It was just a phone interview with the supervisor. A simple conversation about year and major. The biggest question was if you understand the importance of calling alumni, and the benefit it has on the students and university.
