Sales and customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must have good communication and people skills. Must have positive attitude and be sales driven. Great customer service is the #1 goal @ Ruby Tuesday as well as any other reputable establishments. With consistent customer satisfaction and sales goals met, you will have a successful hire with this company as well as learn many fundamental skills to succeed in the productivity of the company and your reputation as a team member.
