Questions are given ahead of time, quite relaxed environment as you are able to prepare your answers in advance and the usually stick to the same questions maybe with the odd question about what sort of working environments you are used to.

I attended an interview for the Postperson with Driving role at Gravesend Delivery Office. My first interview appointment was cancelled when I arrived, and I was asked to book another appointment. During the rescheduled interview, I was mainly asked about my driving licence, penalty points, and availability. The interview was short and included a brief explanation about the role and daily work. After the interview, I received feedback mentioning areas that were not discussed in detail during the interview, which I found confusing and disappointing.

Not a real interview, invited me in - i took the day off work, prepped for the questions they sent in advance, then turned up and nobody at the depot there to actually do a proper interview - then never heard back from anyone. Waste of time and disrespectful
