First phase - Beginning of March - Informal phone chat with recruiter (Jamie). Nice guy and fairly straightforward chat around my experience etc.
Got through to Second Phase - End of March - which was a face-to-face interview in Edinburgh office with 2 guys from the team.
The interview lasted around an hour. The guys were polite and professional and asked questions relevant to the role, my overall experience and skills. At the end they said that I would hear back within the next week or two with next steps.
After a month I hadn't heard anything and was keen to reach out to Royal London for feedback.
The way Royal London communicates with candidates is via a "No reply" e-mail and there was nothing clear on the "Candidate Portal" on how/where to get in touch with them if candidates had any questions.
Only available option was to reach out to the original recruiter (Jamie) on LinkedIn with a DM.
7 weeks later, I'm still waiting on a reply.
I assumed after a month of no updates that I hadn't made the next stage, which is fine, but to not have this officially communicated to candidates in any form at all is very poor.
