Before, it's a smooth process. Just a few hours of filling up forms, you're good to go. Virtual, there's no pressure. Just answer politely and be honest. But now, due to pandemic, it's not as fast and smooth process as before. There's too much protocol need to follow and before undergoing to interview process.
