This was the worst interview experience I've had in 15 years. There was no clear direction on what was expected and the time it would take wasting an entire day without being pre-warned of the duration or timing - they did everything opposite to their company values. Needless to say I withdrew my application. Prepare a presentation within an hour then present it to interview panel. This is followed by the usual structured Q&A.
