I applied online for the position of Game Developer in Rovio (Stockholm ) via LinkedIn. (October 2020)
After a call with a recruiter, they offered to complete a test assignment (make a small game with Unity).
I successfully made the game, sent it, and got a response that I hadn't been selected - without any explanations and without any feedback.

Entrevista
A fairly simple technical test, but they gauge your technical know-how by the approach you take regarding it. You will also have to explain your thought process and overall knowledge of programming best practices and code architecture.

Entrevista
First, I had HR interview of hardly half an hour to give me information about the studio and also to get some basic information from me.
Second interview was with the Tech Director to discuss what I've done so far, my skills and my intended areas to grow in. ( Mix of technical and soft skills)
Third Stage was a test, a small game to develop in 2 weeks or less.
Fourth Stage, with the developers team to discuss my task and asking technical questions around it ( Deep technical interview )
Fifth Stage, meeting with the technical director at the office and was offered the job.
