There was a 3 week or so gap between getting invited to the interview and doing the interview. The process was only one interview and had a panel of 4 interviewer, it also lasted like an hour and a half. The questions felt a little repetitive sometimes but overall they were pretty in depth about the role and the company. It's still a young and growing company so that could be either a good or a bad thing. It was a little odd how no benefits or availability was discussed ahead of time though.
