Standard interview process for this type of role. Phone screen with the recruiter, call with supervising manager, and thirdly a in-person observation/interview with a person in the role. The interview process crossed-into two weeks to accommodate all schedules.

Typical first interview phone screen that led to an in-person interview with the region manager. Eventually I was ghosted by the recruiter until I reached out to them. Then, after being told to stay tuned by the hiring manager, I was ghosted again. I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager with no reply from either of them. Very unprofessional!
