First step was a very successful and informational phone call from the recruiter. Followed by two weeks of complete silence. Next, was a follow-up phone call with the recruiter who was late and fairly uncooperative with the scheduling. I was never interviewed and got forwarded an automatic message saying "the team" cannot make me an offer at this time. The process and recruiter was extremely disorganized and reflects poorly on the company. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
