Single interview with entire administrative board of lower school. I first emailed my resume and cover letter and then received a follow up email with an invitation to come in for a panel/group interview. Interviewers reviewed my background and past work experiences focusing on teaching and any gaps in my resume. I was asked how I respond to changes in workday and changes with student behaviors. Focus was on my overall career goals and looking at if I would make a good role model for students.
