This made it challenging to perform at my best. It also seemed that the company might be looking for a lead designer but offering a mid-to-senior level salary and recognition, which felt misaligned. Additionally, the office environment does not appear very appealing, which is a concern given the company’s expectation of full office presence. Overall, I would caution candidates to carefully consider the expectations and workload before pursuing a role here.
