It was a mass hiring for a car sales position and it seemed as if we were all playing musical chairs moving every 5 minutes to a different manager or senior sales person. The process took about 2-3 hours. You get a phone call in a day or so if you got the job ( I did) and they ask you to show up and fill out paperwork and you go into a 2-3 week training class.

They call to schedule an interview, and there they explain the onboarding process. It pays to follow up consistently. I would try to stay on top of hiring managers minds.
