Submitted my application online and completed online tests. After a few days I was invited to an assessment centre with a two week notice. Rolls Royce paid for my accommodation in Derby and for all transport to and from the assessment centre. The day is very well organised and they make you feel at ease. Consisted of a presentation followed by a skills interview (50 mins total), was then followed by a group activity (45 mins total) and ended with a technical interview (45 mins total). It's a long day but you learn a lot.
