I applied online and was selected to interview on my school's campus. I was interviewed by 2 people for half an hour, the questions were mostly behavioral and were not too difficult to respond to.

Entrevista
Hiring process went very quickly. Applied online and was then invited to do an online maths and reasoning assessment within a few days. Was informed I had passed this assessment, and was then invited to an assessment centre in Derby a few weeks later. I had to prepare a presentation about myself which was delivered one on one to a manager. Then repeated the online maths test and did a group exercise where we had to pick a product from a selection given and pitch it to the interviewers who were acting as 'buyers'. We then had a networking lunch with interviewers, before having a one on one competency interview, and then a technical interview. There was also an opportunity to speak to currente graduates to ask them any questions. There were interns and graduates present at the assessment day which made for a strange atmosphere, but the day was very well organised and I felt incredibly relaxed. Was informed that I had an offer within a week.
