In a team of 4/5 trying to build a canal type structure to transport a marble across a table.

Networking with other students and with recruiters.

Tricky interview with a manager.

A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Entrevista
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
