Dysfuctional and disorganized. First off all you have millennial who are interviewing VP level candidates without any knowledge about how to interview strategically. Then they are interviewing candidates fir roles that they dont know they need or may not be what they want. Perhaps the C lever team should focus on planning and executing rather than wasting peoples time w unexperienced and dysfunctional processes. Doesn't look for the tram and the company overall.
