Entrevista
The interview process was quite engaging and conversational, more like a friendly discussion than a formal interview. There was a natural back-and-forth dialogue, making it feel relaxed and comfortable. I appreciated how both sides contributed equally, with thoughtful questions and responses. It didn’t feel rigid or scripted, allowing me to share my experiences openly. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me beyond just my qualifications, which made the entire experience enjoyable. Overall, it felt like a positive and constructive conversation rather than a traditional interview.
