i applied online then did an online assessment test, received a phone interview, then had an in person interview. it was pretty easy going, they were vey nice made sure i take a minute to think about my response.

There are a total of two rounds. The first round was with HR, and the second with the hiring manager. In the second, they asked about sales experience and customer service experience

short interview, asked about experience in sales and some situations that could be occurring during the job. you first drop your CV on their Career website and if you get selected you get to do a phone call with HR which bring you to a 15 minutes interview with the manager of the store that you will be working for.

Standardized, there are two round, one with store manager, the other with hiring manager. Asked about behavioral questions and if you have experience to handle sales target. And asked lots of team work questions, like describe a time you need to tell your colleagues a decision that he/she might feel unhappy about.
