Completed my job history and education online.Then an a questionnaire which I filled out.A few days later a recruiter called me and asked me a few questions, then I was invited for an interview in where they asked pretty much the same questions. Then did a test where they tested my typing speed and ability to use the internet to research.

It was a brief phone interview with a few highlight questions related to my interest to the Blue Jays(Application to the Rogers Centre). After that, I chose to be direct and ask when we could meet in person and I received an in-person interview the next day. These questions were much of the same with a little caveat.
