Not very professional. They book you in within 24 hours for an interview and it feels like they didn't even look at your resume. I came in for a technical content writer position but my resume communicates more of a marketing background. I applied because I didn't think I had anything to lose and was surprised when they called me in for an in-person interview. I commuted an hour and a half to Toronto, just for the interviewer to constantly "correct" my answers. For example, when I was talking about my experience (which was mainly in marketing), she interrupts me and says "You know this is for a technical writing position, right?" If they didn't feel my skills and experience matched the position, they shouldn't have called me in. On top of that, they seem to have a grind culture based on the details of the position. They ghosted me after the interview.
