It's a pretty standard interview. They ask about previous experience, why you want to go into this market and random questions about your background. Then you have to wait for another call to set a second interview. This one you sit with the owner (who is also a partner). He tells you a lot more about the company, the role, and expectations. If he likes you- you are hired.
