Both technical and behavioral interview. There was a phone interview with the hiring manager and followed by in person group panel. The panel was different as it was in 3 stages beginning with the lead of the team. Then it was 3 folks with one being virtual and lastly concluding with the hiring manager. Each session was an hour long and it went by very quickly.

Staffing agency directly connected to Rockwell Collins set it up. The agency initially picked me up from Monster. This was in fact a very good fit. It took about a week for them to set up a technical interview with the hiring manager. He could see readily that I had what he was looking for. By the end of the next week I had an offer in my email. This was for a contract position by the way...

I had a phone interview where basic questions were asked such as how do you write requirements and then went through my experience. After that I talked about the area and asked what a typical day would be.
