First round was with the hiring manager. Spoke about the company and my background. Overall was a great discussion. The second round of interviews was with Scrum Masters. Overall good discussion and friendly. Asked about my experience with agile methodologies. The third round was where it fell apart. I spoke to a project manager and a PO. Questions were easy enough. They tried to guage if I really knew the role and assess lead ability. Asked a lot of agile questions. Neither of them smiled at all and appeared stressed. Additionally the PM had an ego that just gave off bad vibes. I knew I would not be able to work with his personality. The last round was with a couple POs. Both were quiet and seemed unprepared/uninterested. Again asked a lot of agile questions. I had to do a lot of the talking to fill some awkward silence. Ironically there were no technical questions at all for a technical lead role. In the end they ghosted me after I followed up several times. Would not recommend.
