Very long process for what was pitched as an entry-level role. 4 stage interview process (Telephone, F2F, Skype with US, final in-person presentation). The internal recruiter was useless, took ages to even get back with feedback, let alone next steps. In the end, they went with another candidate, which is absolutly fine, but the reason they gave for not selecting me was that the US team found it weird that I don't have a degree. Would have thought this is something you could work out after 1 interview rather than wasting my time with 4 stages..?
