Initial Interview to align the role with expectations followed by another interview to assess technical knowhow. The interview was fairly straightforward, half an hour in total. First they begin by defining the role and the missions they are working on and then the interview shifts to discussing the applicants skills.

HR Emailed to confirm the first telephonic discussion but on the day of interview, no response or any call from the HR. Upon contacting the HR for a reason, was simply ghosted. Not even a rejection or apology. This does not give a very positive perception about the company or its working.
