Beginning of the process went quickly and smoothly. Verbal offer was made by the recruiter, but then the written offer stalled for weeks. Eventually they scheduled an additional interview and then rescinded the offer. Doesn't seem to be a fully fleshed out organization and they still seem to be figuring themselves out.
