I had a series of 4 30 -45 minute meetings with the 2 -3 people per conversation. The recruiter does a good job of preparing you for the questions the team is supposed to ask...however the interview panel clearly does not read that communication nor stick to the script. I send a pre-read document given the short amount of time and the extensive list of topics ro be covered that no one read prior to our conversations.
I had an in person final meeting with the hiring manager. After I was told I was the finalist and should be expecting an offer they leadership team put a "pause" on hiring for the role while they consider their organizational structure.
