I was reached out on linked in based on my profile. The process moved pretty fast First round was simple. some basic development questions. Then they provided me with take home assignment. They used filtered.ai . I would say it is not the best of tool to test coding skills. the second round of interview was video interview where they asked questions on the project we completed on Filteres.ai . The team was more focused on what I had coded as opposed to "why" i coded that way. It seemed like they had some preconceived notion of correct code and if you did not code that way, you will not get selected. Nevertheless everyone was respectful. The reason for reject was straight up made up and did not relate to the actual experience. My guess is that once they make up mind not to take you on board they make up a reason and provide you to close the case
