The interview process was about 2 weeks long. I spoke with two different people. I've been trying to get in this company for years. This is my last time trying. Its obvious they want young people for this role. Too bad because I would of killed it. Not impressed. Thanks for getting my hopes up then crushing them. Such a grueling process to get turned down.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Tell me about a time you convinced someone to do what they didn’t want to do?
Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
