1 interview - 3 interviewers Video conference 1 senior level employee asked a couple basic tech questions, the 2 entry level employees asked no questions. No real architecture questions, scenarios, or past experiences. Asked for feedback after the interview and got no response at all.

After a hr screening call i had a Telephonic discussion with one of their Architect. It was nothing but a sanity check call. After that they invited me for a face-face interview in their Detroit location. I was grilled by 5 developers on various technical topics for 1 hour. Their focus is more on our personality/behavior/dress not on our technical/business skills.
