Very comprehensive. They ask relevant questions related to the work. Three to four rounds can be there. HR also gives timely feedback to all the candidates. Whole process is very transparent.

It was a smooth and well planned process, and every thing was wrapped-up in 2-3 hours in the office. 2 rounds of interview, first with one of the Senior Managers, and second with the Associate Director. It was followed by what I would say as an interaction (not interview) with HR head. Everyone seemed very open and accommodating, which reflected the company's culture. Once shortlisted, final step was a detailed case study which was done from home. Entire process from interview to offer took roughly 1 week.
