Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Robot ICT
Entrevista
1) Interview with recruiter
2) You get an assignment to do and push the code into a public repo
3) Interview with technical team member
4) Interview with the project manager
5) Offer
Basically got reached out in linkedin. Provided my expected salary and they said we could go forward. Did the homework and got positive feedback (also the homework was easy). Then on the next interview with project manager got asked a bunch of question about everything because with my experience I should be asked to do releases of the product.
After that I got a call from the project manager saying that they wouldn't extend me an offer because my expected salary is too high (the same as discussed pre-interviews in which it was ok).
He suggested that I could apply to some other vacancy in their company that basically are external (they just forward your CV to their client and then you have to go all over the interview process). With this maybe I could work like 20% of my time for their internal product and the other for the client. (Dunno how is that legal or not since the contract would be celebrated with the client)
Very bad experience, just an waste of time. At the end I believe they just got someone cheaper and that's it.

On the first technical interview, not much. On the second everything, from systems to networks.
