Applied on website, got a call , discussed with Recruiter and Hiring Manager. Could not get pass Hiring Manager.
Benefits were good , total comp look good as well. 401k , PTO and hybrid work

Played 3 Roblox assessments (Factory game, car game, and godzilla game). The order was a behavioral interview and then 2 back to back product interview. Recruiter was very nice and communicative.

There were 3 main rounds: games, product sense, and then back to back technical case and behavioral interviews. The last round was the most ambiguous in terms of expectations, but you can partner with other candidates to practice mock interviews together.

Entrevista
Very interesting OA, where you were given a few strategy-based games to complete. Although fun, it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes, longer than most other OAs. I think that it was easier and a lot more engaging than traditional LeetCode type questions.
