Phone interview then a full day of virtual panel interviews with several members of the team. Included a lot of STAR type questions. The company culture definitely comes through in the process.

The first step in the process was a phone interview with the recruiter/hiring manager. After, I was quickly scheduled for an "onsite" interview. It all had to be done virtually because of the shelter in place, and was broken up into 2 days. I met with about 10 people, some were doubled up, including team members, Leads/managers, VPs and C level executives. Every interview was a positive experience, every conversation was thoughtful and interesting. Showed me a great picture of their culture. Brandon, the recruiting coordinator, was very thorough and considerate. After the onsites were complete, it took about 48 hours for all of the feedback to come in.
