Contacted by recruiter on linkedin, quick introduction call and then phone screen was setup with their providers who do screens for them. Phone screen was a bit of chatting about previous experience and then some url parsing code challenge. I did solve the challenge in a given time, but was not using the trie data structure which interviewer probably expected me to use. So probably my solution was sub-optimal. Despite that I think I did goof enough to move to onsite. So since I wasnt contacted by them after phone screen and since they didnt return my followup email I conclude that Roblox is disrespectful towards candidates. It takes so little to let a person know about the decision, yet we have such an attitude. Sad.
